Bullying is not so common in our boarding school because we live together like a family. We teachers are supposed to watch closely and correct behaviour with care, not just punishment. I say this because when a boy was teased for his accent, I had him teach us all a folk song from his village. Seeing his pride, the teasing turned to respect.
