It reminds me of teaching the quadratic formula – the rulebook is important, nakki, but if only a few students ever get the chalk, what is the point? I see the federation elections and think of our old municipal school committee, where the same faces kept the keys. My wife’s medical bills make me understand the weight of pay; true talent shouldn't need to solve that puzzle first.
