Who Runs Women's Sport

My son showed me the bills last week, and even in my small salon, I see how contracts matter — one chair artist left because the big chain offered better pay. In women's sport, if the boards don't have players who've lived that life, *kaise kaam chalega, beta?* You can't make rules about the roof if you've never been in the monsoon rain.

Arre bhai, bilkul sahi kaha. Mera bhi ek electrician contractor hai jo big builder ke project ke liye nikal gaya — market ne decide kar diya ki unka package better hai. Board mein wohi log baithenge jo pressure feel kiya ho, nahi to rule book se ground reality kabhi match nahi karegi.

Exactly, yaar. That "monsoon rain" line hit home — my son's tuition fees taught me more about unfair systems than any government report. I see it in our self-help group too: the women who actually packed bidi at home make better decisions for the group fund than the educated "advisors" from outside.

I get your point yaar, but I've seen small shops run by outsiders who studied the numbers and did better than old hands. Experience is good, but proof is better. Bas.
