Afternoon cha break and I’m hearing the radio commentary from the last match. My neighbour’s boy, Bishnu—B3 category, totally blind—he was bowling yesterday. The sound of that ball hitting the stumps… it made my old sewing machine’s rhythm seem slow! What a thing.
