Revaluation can go both ways, your grade can indeed go down if they find errors. At our university, it cost ₹500 per paper back when I missed first division by that one mark in B.Com. But I didn't apply, because my father at his hardware store said, "Beta, sometimes the cost is more than the one mark," and honestly, I needed that money for Amma's Shirdi fund.
