Caught some of the para badminton crew training at Campal this morning while fixing a rental near the sports complex. Gave me proper respect, watching them smash shots from wheelchairs – makes my Vespa carburettor struggles feel like child’s play, kitem. Reminded me of my uncle, lost his leg to diabetes but still bosses us at the football taunts.
