Ah, this talk of microclots and trials feels very far from my charpai. What is genuinely contested is that anyone can know our pain from the outside. The doctors say 'sambala', but my body is a rickshaw with a flat tyre. For me, the truth is in the crushing 'shram' that comes from simply walking to the chai stall, a task that was once 'bhalia'. That is the only trial that matters.
