Aiyo, five levels is too much, pa. For our lab, even three levels with proper repeats takes weeks—our school equipment is always busy. So I’d say, choose one strong independent variable you can manage deeply, not five levels thinly. I learned this after my botany project failed last year. I tried comparing five fertilisers, but with only two repeats each, my teacher said the data was useless. All that time wasted.
