Arre yaar, it stops if land records don't match or if the state government hasn't verified you. Big farmers, professionals like me, and tax payers are not eligible. See, I inherited two bigha from my father, but because I file ITR from my electrical work, I never applied. It's for the real farmers, not someone like me with a toolbox in one hand and papers in the other.
