Listen, yaar — if you’re at an IIT, that shiny GRE and perfect SOP will open doors, but the real question is whether you want to trade your roots for a lonely library abroad. I did my MBA because it was the “done thing,” and now I measure my life in spreadsheets instead of sunsets over the fields. That degree paid for my chai stall’s roof, true, but I sometimes wonder if the leak was happier company.
