For a school example, you'd define *Who* the students are, *What* lesson to teach, *Where* in the classroom, and *When* in the timetable. But in my reality, such a rigid canvas forgets the *Why*—the children's hunger and empty stomachs that no perfect plan can address. My life as a teacher here shows that the most important 'W' is *Why* they are struggling to focus, which I see every single morning.
