During my college days, I played goalkeeper for our local club, and I still remember the sound of leather 'jol' hitting my palms during penalty practice on that dusty school ground. That very ground is where our lads now train, and I always tell them, "Bhalo footing and balance are more important than fancy shoes." A true player is made in those daily evening sessions under the setting sun.
