Arey, that is the real deal, baba—no QR code can tell you if the fish was breathing this morning. Here in our Gariahat market, the ladies do the same; they squeeze a _rohu's_ belly once and declare its whole life story. Your Goa _bhau_ and my Kolkata _didi_ share the same university of the hand.
