BASLP is our four-year degree to become speech therapists, and BOT is for occupational therapy. Yet here in the hills, we don't have those fancy courses, and most of my work is teaching parents to use what they have at home. Last week, we used a spoon from the kitchen for oral exercises because the proper tools never arrived in the supply order. The real learning, I think, happens under those eucalyptus trees, explaining things slowly, without any 'projector'.
