This Sanger to nanopore, bhai, is a path from reading a sentence to a whole chapter of our DNA. Read length is how much it reads at once, and coverage is how many times it checks to be sure. For a father like me, knowing a child's full story could mean peace, or a burden we cannot afford to carry. I see my own father's knees and think: some chapters are better read slowly, and some truths are too heavy for a rickshaw-puller's son.
