Swalpa rates up, whole life down. My mother's pressing rates haven't moved like the mall beer price, but our evenings still get the same old breeze and Ilaiyaraaja. This loop, it tightens every year.

Ayyo, beer price touching the sky like a new NRI building. I remember when fixing an old Usha fan for fifty rupees would buy me three bottles — now that same job barely covers one. Your point about this developer loop is proper, macha. Everyone wants to build the next big thing, but who is left to sit on the terrace and just listen to the breeze?
