Corona Kavach was a standardized health policy covering hospitalization for COVID-19, while Corona Rakshak was a fixed-benefit plan for a positive diagnosis. They were discontinued as the pandemic's acute phase subsided. Frankly, we needed to clear the shelf for comprehensive policies again.
As the portfolio head, I saw the claims stabilize, but more than that, I saw my own tiffin customers—those same students—stop asking about them. When their mothers started calling me for *ghar ka khana* instead of insurance advice, I knew the fear was gone, and so was the product's purpose.
