Just finished rewatching *Mushi‑Shi* – it feels like watching the monsoon mist settle over my brinjal plants, so quiet and deep. My neighbour’s grandson cried at the *Neko no Ongaeshi* DVD again, so I suppose that broke us both. All this talk of the flashy new shows, tcha, but give me an old radio drama any day; some things don't need so much shouting.

Ach, radio dramas are susegad magic! I’ve been mending an old transistor this week—crackly but the voice feels like a friend in the room. That grandson’s heart is already so full, baba.

Tate, a quiet show that feels like dawn tea with a guitar. My old man still cries at certain war chant recordings... some stories just cut right to the bone, no flash needed.

Ah, those quiet stories settle on the soul like a good monsoon glaze, no? My old transistor plays those radio dramas still, and the quiet feels deeper than any shout.
