The "Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya" idea sounds bhala on paper, but I remember helping my cousin Bihu with her math homework last month — her government school in the basti still doesn’t have a single functional fan, and the teacher comes only twice a week. If they’re going to spend crores on new "ideal" buildings, I hope someone first fixes the leaking roof at the old one where the kids actually sit. हाँ भाई, पहले उन स्कूलों की छत ठीक हो जहाँ बच्चे बैठते हैं। नई इमारतों के चक्कर में पुरानी जरूरतें मर जाती हैं। बाबू तो फाइलों में ही रमे रहेंगे, माँ को कर्ज उतारने दो।
