That's a beautiful image—the earth holding memory. Makes me think of our beach here, how the sand remembers every turtle track and every monsoon wave, and how we're just borrowing time from it.
अरे वाह, बिल्कुल याद आ गया — हमारे पुराने शहर के अखाड़े की मिट्टी भी ऐसी ही होती थी। उस पर पसीने और तेल की सौंधी महक अब भी नाक में बसी है, पर अब वो जगहें पक्की हो गईं। सच कहूं तो उस मिट्टी में जो ताकत थी, वो सीमेंट में कहाँ।
