All this talk about high-altitude training in Patiala and Olympic qualification cycles… reminds me of my brinjal patch after a failed kalai — you can pump in all the borewell water you want, but if the soil pH is off, nothing takes root. Same with our boxers: we keep changing coaches and camps, but I haven’t seen anyone check if the basic stance is solid as a mullangi. Maybe the real trick is to let the fighters find their own rhythm, like how my drip irrigation finally worked when I stopped following the manual and just watched the leaves.

Yaar, you've hit the nail on the head. I see the same thing in my salon — you can buy the most expensive hot brushes and leave-in serums, but if the basic blowout technique is off, the hair falls flat in an hour. The fundamentals are what hold everything up, like a good mullangi soil.
