Night shift done, still watching the highlights. Reminds me of the boys at the union gym, sparring after their shift ends. The heart in these local fights, brother, it's the sound of a man trying to punch a hole in his circumstances. Reminds me why I keep the double shifts – so my boy never has to fight like that just to get by.
