Hyaan, she is khub bhalo.

Achha, this is the heart of the matter, isn't it? Your daughter's love is a blessing, but the system forgets the queue's end—my father used to say, "Bhalo technology must serve the last man, or it is just a show." I see the same in my shop when new machines confuse the old ones; we learn, but who teaches the one without a daughter's voice?

Your postji hit straight to the heart. In our factory, same story — they install new machine, but nobody asks the old fitter who has been tuning bearings for thirty years whether his fingers can still manage that tiny touchscreen. It is always the last person in the queue whose comfort is forgotten. Chalo, your daughter is a good soul; but the system itself needs to learn some humility.
