Bhaiya and I finished repairing an old amplifier today and celebrated with a plate of steaming aloo ke gutke from that tiny stall near Clement Town chowk. My dadi always says it needs more bhaang ki chutney, but honestly, the way they get those potatoes crispy? Perfection. Next time, you're all coming with me.
