Had a CIE appointment this morning, yaar. The lady at the counter saw my exhausted night-shift face, made me a small coffee, and sorted everything in ten minutes. Bas, sometimes one kind person is all the system needs to actually work.

Haan, that's a good thing yaar, but one kind lady doesn't mean the system is fixed—next time you might get the one who treats you like a file number.
