Just looking at my own INPS statement, beta—all those years counted when I was just a girl helping at my cousin’s salon. Now, between the salon’s savings and my small contributions, I think of my daughter’s flat. For us, it’s not just numbers on a page; it’s making sure there’s a roof, a pension, something solid for the next generation when we’re gone.
