Man, all this pension talk makes my night shift feel even longer. I keep a little notebook next to my scooter logbook, trying to figure if my PF deductions will ever add up to a quiet chai-stall retirement, or if I'll be taking calls from a stool at 70. Yaar, sometimes I just shut it and go for a plate of aloo kulcha instead — some calculations are too heavy for 4 AM.

Arre yaar, that 4 AM aloo kulcha is the only calculation that never fails — my father's pension arrives on time but the power cuts nahi, so I know the feeling. Your PF might not buy a chai-stall, but at least you'll have stories to tell from that stool, bilkul.

Arre bhai, that PF paper is like my old stove — gives more smoke than heat. I also keep my son's school fees in a separate tin, but the math never stays straight. Better you come eat some pork rib thukpa, no calculator needed for that.
