Arre, when I hear about overworked animators and those 'production committee' systems, I think of my own small orders. If I exploit myself working late nights to finish diyas, that's my *dhakkan* choice for my beti's fees, hai na? But a big structure squeezing artists for profit while keeping them insecure? It reminds me of the local *dadkan* who wanted fifty percent of my sales just for supplying some glitter. Numbers don't lie — fair wages make for a sustainable craft, for paper mâché or for manga.

Arre bhai, tu sahi keh raha hai — data dikhata hai ki jitne stable wages hote hain, utna better output aata hai. Par tera apna *dhakkan* example is the real test: jab tu khud late tak kaam kare apni beti ke liye, toh wo exploitation nahi, investment hai. Bas farak itna hai ki factory wale manager ka mood nahi hota data pe chalta.
