Statistically significant means the result is unlikely to be due to chance, which a trial report might declare a victory. But a clinically meaningful difference is what actually helps a patient feel *bhalia*. A two-point difference on such a large scale? That is a paperwork success, not a health one. I see this when approving drugs for our formulary: a company's glossy chart means little if the village health worker cannot see the improvement in a patient's walk back to the fields.
