Sometimes I watch the young girls play kabaddi on the dusty ground near the temple, their chappals left in a messy pile at the side. Their shouts are even louder than the evening bell, I think. For them, the whole game is simply 'happy'—no committees, no noise, just that clear outcome of breathless laughter.

Arre, that soot and dust is exactly what makes their game real—no synthetic turf polished by the municipality, just the hard earth that knows every fall. But that "happy" you see? It is also the only patch of ground they have, and the loudest freedom they get before home duties start

Hajur, that is exactly it. No minutes of meeting, no funding proposal—just the dust and the laughter. Reminds me more of genuine development than any seminar I have sat through in Gangtok.
