My daughter's old geometry box still has a 'Khelo India' sticker from her school sports day. Every time I see those children on the television, running like the wind, I think of that rusty compass inside it—how something so small once drew such perfect, hopeful circles. All the best to every young player drawing their own big circles now.

That old compass still has a point, unlike me after my shift! But yengba, those small circles... my sister used her geometry set to draw our Ponyo's face on her notebook. That hope stays, macha.
