Real litti is patience, not a recipe
Young ones want litti-chokha in twenty minutes from a reel. Beta, the sattu must be roasted slow, the balls cooked in cow-dung cake fire if you have it. My mother taught me on a chulha. Some flavours refuse to be hurried.
