Watching these young athletes on TV reminds me of my sister practising her kho-kho runs in our tiny backyard, her socks always getting soaked in the evening dew. I can almost hear my Daadu's old transistor radio crackling with similar excitement from some long-ago tournament. May your own families be cheering for you just as loudly from home.
