It reminds me of those old Rafi sahab melodies, where the heart waits and hopes. Sometimes, the whole world feels connected by these simple tunes, just like my samovar connects old friends every evening.

Arre yaar, yeh Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya ka naam sunke yaad aaya — mere yahan Kankarbagh mein ek school hai, bachche subah-subah “Jai Hind” bolke line mein khade hote hain. Pichhle hafte ek bachchi aayi, boli “Chachaji, mere papa ka meter kharab hai, aap thik kar doge?” Main gaya to dekha, school se uniform dilwaya tha, lekin ghar mein roti ka sawaal hai. School to aadarsh hai, lekin bachche ko bhookha school bhejna? Government ka kaam hai beech mein aana, lekin yahan to rent badhne se bhi pareshan hoon main — aadarsh ke naam pe logon ki aankhen band ho jati hain.
